District 360 is an NDIS Registered family-run Disability Service Provider that gives individuals with disabilities more choice and control over their own lives. Our head office is based on Whadjuk Noongar Boodja, Bibbulmun Country in East Perth, and we have another office in Naarm – Melbourne.

We have a diverse range of services, including counselling, Psychosocial recovery Coaching, Support Coordination, Support Work services, Supported Independent Living services, Short Term Accommodation, and Group programs and respites. We put a strong emphasis on working collaboratively with other NDIS providers, so that you don’t have to worry about your case being delegated between multiple professionals. By collaborating with each other in this way, we ensure that you get the most out of your NDIS plan by focusing on what will benefit you the most.
